Pricing for Our All Inclusive Plan as described in the Membership
Individual Memberships Starting at
$95/mo ages 1-17
$149/mo ages 18 and up
Family Pricing
(up to 2 adults and up to 3 children age 22 and under)
$449 per month
(please call directly for family pricing)
FSA
Most FSA plans can be used for direct primary care. Please contact your plan to make sure you can use it for your membership fee. Please let us know prior to registering if you would like to use your FSA.
Ancillary Services
Additional services beyond the traditional primary care services may be available for an additional cost. You will always be aware of these charges and approve them ahead of time.
Insurance
Pragma Family Medicine Membership is not insurance and does not accept insurance.
Our ability to offer a competitive monthly membership fee is due to the fact that we are not subject to insurance, HMO or medicare and medicaid regulations.

We strongly recommend that you have wrap around or catastrophic coverage for unpredictable occurrences such at major illnesses, accidents or health emergencies. We can connect you with a health insurance broker or shared medical coverage network to round out your health insurance coverage.
