Direct Primary Care is just as it sounds, care directly from your doctor, who knows you best. Rather than a traditional insurance model, you pay a monthly fee which ensures that you will be part of a small group of patients who will have direct access to your doctor. Imagine having your doctor’s direct line when you need it. That is DIRECT primary care.

Dr. Vish is an award winning doctor, Board Certified through the American Board of Family Physicians. Her practice at Pragma Family Medicine follows an innovative health care model that is endorsed by the American Academy of Family Physicians and is utilized in all 50 states to give families the best, personalized care in primary care.

A traditional doctor’s office sees hundreds of patients a week due to the demands of the traditional insurance model. Pragma is different. Our practice is limited to a few hundred patients as opposed to a traditional primary care doctor who may need to care for up to 3000 patients. With low numbers, you get special care and attention. You won’t need to limit your conversations with Dr. Vish to a few concerns or a certain time limit.

You will find that when you have immediate access to your doctor, it will limit the internet searching, wondering and waiting about your health concerns. You no longer have to make a long list and cram it into your annual exam only to be told you need to come back or get charged an extra fee to talk about your concerns. You can call, text or email for a quick answer or a longer discussion.

Virtually nothing. Our primary care services are all inclusive, including labs, visits, telehealth, phone calls and skin procedures and basic orthopedic care.

Medical equipment can be procured and supplied at cost when possible.

Any fee for a special procedure (cosmetic procedures, joint injections, pathology services) will be discussed and agreed upon by both the doctor and the patient ahead of the visit and charge.
